New Mexico Summer

Newmexico.org plans our your New Mexico summer vacation for you! It's not too late to book your room and come visit before the summer's over!

1. Visit the San Juan river:

Year round world-class trout fishing can be experienced along the San Juan River in north western New Mexico, just 40 miles east of Farmington, New Mexico.




2.  Rio Grande Stables:


Guided Horseback Trail rides in Taos Ski Valley May - Sept.. Hourly, 1/2 Days, Lunch Rides, All Days. 15 years in Taos Ski Valley. Gentle horses and professional guides/wranglers. Gold Hill and Wheeler Peak rides available June or later. Children 6 years and older welcome. Reservations preferred.







3. La Cueva Rock Shelter:



La Cueva Rock Shelter is an archeological site located at the foot of the Organ Mountains outside Las Cruces. This feature is now part of the Organ Mountain - Desert Peaks National Monument, managed by the Bureau of Land Management.
